Screen/Setup Charge: New orders: $45.00(V) per color, per position. Repeat orders: $40.00(V) per color, per position. Pricing: Prices include a one color, one position imprint only. Additional Color/Location: $45.00(V) screen charge plus $0.50(V) running charge per color, per location. PMS Match: Please provide PMS color desired. Exact color match is not guaranteed, however we will match the PMS color as closely as possible. PMS color match charge $25.00(V). Imprint Colors: All standard colors are available. Samples: Samples are non-refundable and are billed at end column price plus freight cost. All samples are shipped by ground service unless specified. Non-imprinted: Please use next column price. Less Than 20%: Please add $30.00(V). Factory cannot accept orders less than 50% of the smallest catalog quantity of the item. Hard Copy Artwork: Please send black and white, camera ready, color separated artwork. Camera ready artwork is considered to be high quality, sharp, clean, black on white imagery that needs no preparation before being photographed. If artwork requires touches ups, we reserve the right to modify the artwork and charge accordingly. Artwork will be billed at $30.00(V) per hour. E-mail Artwork: Send artwork to promo@tectronint.com in the following versions: Photoshop in EPS, JPEG, AI, PSD, PDD, BMP or zip version. Scanned art must be 300 DPI or better. Art can also sent on 3.5" diskettes or writable CD. A fax or printout of actual artwork must be sent along with purchase order for all e-mail artwork. Paper Proof: Free of charge Pre-Production Proof: $35.00(V) per color/location plus cost of item and screen/set up charges per color per position. Production Time: Normal production time is 10-15 working days after signed paper proof approval. Blank goods will be shipped in 24 hours. Production time is based on availability at time of order. Batteries: Unless specified, batteries are not included on most item. Battery costs are as follows and are available in bulk. AAA - $0.25(V) AA - $0.25(V) C - $0.40(V) D - $0.50(V) Insert price - $0.75(V) per product Shipping: Unless specified, all order will be shipped UPS ground. All merchandise is FOB Los Angeles. Shipping Charges will be added to your invoice. All shipping claims are between the customer and carrier once goods have been delivered, whether we or customer select carrier. We do not assume any liability for delays in or failure to make delivery due to conditions over which we have no control, including delays of carriers, accidents, strikes, weather conditions, quota restrictions clearing through Unites States customs or any other acts of God. Drop or Spilt Shipments: $10.00(X) per location plus shipping charges. Terms: Net 30 days on approved credits. All new accounts require prepayment. 30% deposit required on all imprint work. A line of credit cannot be established nor can terms be extended without our credit application being completed, signed and returned prior to shipment of your order. Over & Under Runs: We will make every effort to ship the exact quantity. We reserve the right to ship and bill 5% over/under the quantity ordered. For exact quantity orders please add $25.00(V) per order. Returns: All sales of imprinted merchandise are final and non-refundable. Defective items must be reported to us within 5 working days from receipt of merchandise. We reserve the right to repair or replace with similar non-imprinted goods. No returns will be authorized after 30 days from delivery. Authorization to returned merchandise for repair/replacement must be obtained in writing. A return Authorization number is required and must appear on all boxes being returned. Blank goods being returned will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. All merchandise being returned must be sent prepaid. Trademarks And Logos: We assume clients are authorized to use the trademarks and logos that are sent for imprinting purposes. We assume no liability in any trademark or copyright disputes, should they arise. All imprinted products displayed in our catalog are shown only to demonstrate our imprinting capabilities. They are not to be interpreted as product or brand name endorsements by a particular company or trademark owner(s).
